Fadil Vejzovic - academic painter and graphic artistborn in 1943 in Sarajevo. From 1962 to 1966 he studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Zagreb in the class of prof. Raula Goldonija, whose longtime associate. Since 1969 he has been working alone as a member of the "Brezovica" group. From 1970 to 1975 he graduated in postgraduate studies in graphics and painting at prof. Clemensa Fichera at the Academie der bildende Kunste in Nurnberg.From 1976 to 1986 he works in the magazine Start as an Illustrator and Graphic Editor. The years of work and creativity are crowned with many awards and recognitions at exhibitions where he participated. Since 2007, in the permanent exhibition of the Modern Gallery of Zagreb, the choice of Igor Zidić.The most common motif of the works of this Croatian prominent painter are human figures, especially women, in which the author carries a complex body theme and bodily shine with the hand of a painter who, with his artistic sensibility and mastery, succeeds in perceiving characters that are lost in space. The figure is his constant preoccupation, and very often comes back to the character of Galatea, as an almost eternal, universal character.Part of the opus are the views, especially the famous Zagreb, Varaždin or Dubravnik.
